Books, Books And More Books.

Let me start this off by saying: I love reading. When I was younger, I was to read loads of books, I'd spend most of my time reading. But then I kinda stopped for a few years, I don't know why, but I started again in the last year/year and a half, and I'm so glad I started!

Here's some of my books, I do own quite a few on kindle as well however. The Hunger Games and Divergent trilogies are probably my favourite, they're AMAZING. I have to admit however, I did watch the hunger games before reading the books but shh :) Also, if you've seen the film divergent, I do highly recommend that you read the book, it's honestly 10 times better, I was sat comparing the two in the cinema haha!

(Sorry for the crappy picture)
I'm currently half way through allegiant, and I'm loving it! Divergent is my favourite out of the three, however they are all brilliant and you really should check them out.

So, do you like reading? And if so, what's your favourite book? (Looking for new ones to read haha)

Candles.

I love candles. I love all the different scents you can get. My favourite brand has to be yankee candle which yes, are rather expensive, they smell absolutely amazing and are totally worth the price tag. I have rather a few candles, some tealights, some big jars, and some smaller jars.

When it comes to yankee candles, I prefer to buy the small samplers before buying a jar, simply because I don't want to spent £8-20 on a candle to find out that I don't actually like the smell it leaves whilst burning, and as these are only £2 it's the perfect way to try out new candles. However, I always seem to end up with hundreds of these, a few of which I actually own in a bigger jar haha.

Tealights are great for when you just want to relax; I love to put these in various holders around my room and just lie in bed watching a film. These tealights I got from Primark last week and were only £1.50 and they smell AMAZING.

And here are the yankee candle jars I own. I did actually forget to include a few others I own; I also have christmas eve in a medium jar. I usually only buy my absolute favourites in jar form, unless there's one I like on sale. I've come to realise that I do much prefer sweeter scents rather than floral or fresh, as most of my candles are either sweet/sugary or fruity, my favourites being Pink Sands, Vanilla Lime and one of their various cupcake, vanilla scents (vanilla cupcake, snowflake cookie, christmas cupcake, etc.)

On the whole, I do seriously recommend you checking out Yankee Candle if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed, although if you are on a lower budget, Primark do actually do some amazing smelling candles! What's your favourite brand and/or scent?
